読み方。「募集中」は、適格基準を満たす患者が今まさに参加できる状態を指します。 多くは四肢麻痺、ALS、脳卒中後の重度麻痺が対象で、健常者は参加できません。

Early Feasibility Study（初期実現可能性試験）が目立つのは、この分野が まだ安全性と基本機能を確認する段階にあるためです。有効性を大規模に検証する 第3相にあたるものは、埋込型BCIにはまだほとんどありません。

症例数の桁を見てください。多くが1桁から十数例です。数万人規模の薬の治験とは 段階が違います。承認された商品として買える日は、この数字が2桁3桁に増えてからです。
